Upon full payment for services, ownership of custom deliverables will transfer to the client as defined in the Service Agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Veltrixx Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veltrixx Technologies is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
